If you are logging in for the first time, you will need to create a new username and password and enter your account number and most current invoice number.

Your account number and invoice number may be found on your most recent invoice. If you need assistance finding this information, please call your local Nuvera between 7:30am and 5:30pm or email us.

For best results accessing your account information please use Internet Explorer ver.10 or higher. Other browsers are not supported at this time!

If services are disconnected, ACH will be removed and your equipment will need to be returned.Your final payment will need to be made via cash, check or credit card.

NOTE: Electronic payments are posted 48 hours after submission. If your payment is due immediately or past due, please call your local Nuvera office or 844-354-4111 and provide payment confirmation number to avoid disruption of service, or to have services reconnected.
